About Friends of Leacroft
Who We Are
Friends of Leacroft is a patient-led volunteer group working alongside Leacroft Medical Practice to support health and wellbeing within the local community.
We were formed through the coming together of patient volunteers who wanted to strengthen community connection and help improve patient experience beyond clinical care.
Our Aim
Our aim is to:
- Promote health and wellbeing
- Reduce loneliness and social isolation
- Support healthy lifestyles
- Encourage community involvement
We believe small local actions can make a real difference.
